Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.
Return Conditions & Shipping Responsibility
Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team at service@kkico.com to obtain return authorization and instructions. Please include the reason for the return and attach product photos in your email.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
Return shipping policy:
– Returns requested and shipped back within 30 days of delivery qualify for free return shipping, and customers will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
– Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date are accepted; however, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.
